NCERT is one of the fundamental books for your JEE preparation, it is the default book from which all CBSE Students study, but what about JEE Aspirants? If you are a JEE aspirants how should you use NCERT in order to maximise the relevancy for JEE mains and Advanced Preparation.

NCERT for Chemistry
Physical chemistry: You can build a very good foundation of physical chemistry by using NCERT. The examples and the explanations are well made, quickly use NCERT and then move onto reference books for coaching modules for question solving
Organic chemistry: NCERT has a lot of named reactions, common names for compounds, and many reactions mentioned directly. It is very important that you have a very deep understanding of all the reactions mentioned in NCERT including their reaction mechanisms, and it is also important for you to remember all the common names of the compounds which are mentioned in NCERT, because it is expected that you will remember these
Inorganic chemistry: Maybe the part of chemistry where NCERT is the most important, because NCERT teaches you about what is actually inside of the syllabus, now it is upto you how you take that knowledge and learn it at an advanced level. My reccomendation would be to use JD LEE (Concise) to learn the topics at an advanced level. Ofcourse use the JEE Advanced syllabus to first find out which parts of JD Lee are actually included, no need to study extra for no reason.
NCERT for Mathematics
For mathematics, don't use NCERT at all, it has no purpose, not even for boards. If you are preparing for just boards and not JEE, then use RD Sharma, if you're preparing for JEE, then ofcourse the best choice for you is to go with either the Arihant, or Cengage Mathematics book series.
NCERT for Physics
For Physics, many people say you should study NCERT to build a base, or to develop interest in the subject, but in reality I believe HC verma is a much better book for that purpose, so replace your Physics NCERT with Concepts of Physics by HC Verma, and you will have an even better JEE preparation experience.
